Corn tortillas are made daily in the restaurant’s kitchen and help provide that exclusive flavor that has become our trademark. The dedication that has been made in the preparation of each one of these meals has been meticulous. The sauces that are offered in the salsa bar and the accompanying dressings are made fresh with original recipes. One of the original concepts to be introduced is to provide half-sized portions for entrees and salads.
